HOW IT WORKS
Each day for 31 days starting January 1, you’ll get an email from me. (Note: you can sign up before or after January 1st and still receive the 31 days of emails).
The first email will contain a meal plan with recipes for you to help you start off the new year feeling nourished. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, and healthy drink recipes. For the rest of the month, your daily emails will include tips, life advice, affirmations, exercises, mantras, and helpful nutrition guidance to help you have the most productive month ever.
This works because we will be focusing on positive reinforcement, not punishing yourself into meeting a goal.
Starting your day each day with an uplifting email and affirmation helps you stay on track and focused on your intentions for the month.
