I take a science-based yet holistic approach that goes beyond nutrition to address the whole person, and we determine the underlying causes of your health conditions rather than simply addressing the symptoms.
Our consultation goes far deeper than improving your diet. I use a 3-pronged holistic model that examines the following:
- your lifestyle: sleep, exercise, and sources of stress
- your metabolic balance: endocrine (fancy term for hormones), digestion, immune, and detox health
- a personalized diet: what foods are right for YOU. Just because keto worked for your neighbor doesn’t mean it’s the best diet for your body.
I often recommend testing in my practice to help pinpoint imbalances and deficiencies so I can design a personalized, healing protocol for you.
I only accept 4 new clients max each month. Lab testing isn’t mandatory, but recommended. It helps identify hormone, digestion or detox imbalances. Knowing your baseline makes the protocol more precise and supports personalized coaching that is tailored rather than one-size-fits-all.
Can perimenopause coaching help with weight gain or low libido?
Yes. Hormonal fluctuations can drive fat accumulation, changes in body composition and libido decline. A targeted approach,including diet, lifestyle habits and nutritional support,addresses root causes rather than masking symptoms.
How much is this going to cost me?
There are a few different coaching options from which to choose, so it depends. Coaching ranges from $799-$997 in most cases, not including lab testing or any supplements that may be needed.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not work with insurance directly, but I can provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement (if nutrition consultation is covered). Many of my clients use their HSA (Health Savings Account) to cover their coaching services.
