Once upon a time I needed help to resolve my health issues, and I didn’t know where to turn. My digestion was screwed up and my hormones were haywire. Mainstream medicine had failed me, and I knew intuitively that a one-size-fits-all diet wasn’t the answer.
It made sense to me to figure out the underlying causes of my health issues rather than just popping a pill. So I started studying natural health solutions and nutrition, and lo and behold, I got better. So I decided to make it my career.
My main goal is to shatter the mainstream nutrition and health myths we all grew up with: you know, fat free diet food and pills to mask your symptoms.

I only accept 4 new clients max each month. So, the first step is to apply to work with me to discuss your health concerns and goals, and I’ll tell you how my programs can help and make sure you are a good fit for my practice. Please note that no health advice is given during this introductory call. I’ll listen to your symptoms and concerns, ask you some questions, and discuss my programs and process with you.
I work with people via phone or video, so you can benefit from my services no matter where you are located. Please note I do not see people in person.
I practice functional nutrition, which means I help you uncover the underlying causes of your health challenges so we can fix the root of the problem. I specialize in addressing chronic digestive issues like bloating, candida, constipation, heartburn, SIBO, Crohn’s, and IBS.
My holistic approach goes beyond nutrition to address the whole person, and we determine the underlying causes of your health conditions rather than simply addressing the symptoms.
Our consultation goes far deeper than improving your diet. I use a 3-pronged holistic model that examines the following:
- your lifestyle: sleep, exercise, and sources of stress
- your metabolic balance: endocrine (fancy term for hormones), digestion, immune, and detox health
- a personalized diet: what foods are right for YOU. Just because keto worked for your neighbor doesn’t mean it’s the best diet for your body.
I often recommend saliva, stool, and metabolic testing in my practice to help pinpoint imbalances and deficiencies so I can design a personalized, healing protocol for you.
My approach? I never take a one-size-fits-all approach! Every body is different and we all have unique nutritional needs.

My passion has always been women’s health and helping women overcome digestive and hormonal issues. Nearly every person with whom I work–male or female–has some sort of digestive imbalance, so I focus on gut health with every client, and it’s become the focal point of my practice.
I work with all types of digestive issues: Crohn’s, IBS, SIBO, candida, heartburn/GERD, chronic constipation, leaky gut, or just general ole indigestion. The initial month includes a 90-minute intake and 50-minute follow up session, then you can renew for subsequent monthly packages. Or if you’d just like one-time advice about your diet, we can set up an a la carte 50 minute phone session.

How do I know this will work?
I create a detailed health plan for each new client, and these recommendations are personalized for YOU. I look at your lab work (or make recommendations to you to order the appropriate labs) and create a plan, a customized diet, a supplement protocol (if needed), and lifestyle adjustments that best fit your needs, both on a metabolic and emotional level. Through our initial session, which is a detailed intake, I get information about your health and diet history, your attitude around food, your learning style, and how much you’re able to take on in your life. That helps me design a plan that meets your needs, whether you’re busy, don’t like to cook, travel a lot, or have a family to feed. Plus, I am there to support you and make adjustments every step of the way to make sure things are progressing as you’d like.
Do I have to do any lab testing?
It’s not required, but it’s a great place to start. I can advise you during our introductory chat.
How difficult is the program?
Changing your diet and lifestyle can be challenging, but we make changes based on your ability and motivation. The program is tailored to meet your needs, wherever you are in your journey.
Do I have to do a lot of cooking?
I make prep recommendations and encourage cooking, but if you’re opposed to cooking, I have many meal and grocery delivery options I can recommend.
How much is this going to cost me?
Most people spend around $1200 initially. This includes the first month of coaching, lab testing, and supplements. The lab testing and supplements are optional but recommended, so your initial investment may be less.
How long have you been doing this?

Do you accept insurance?
I do not work with insurance directly, but I can provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement (if nutrition consultation is covered). Many of my clients use their HSA (Health Savings Account) to cover their coaching services.
Do you offer a payment plan?
I can set you up with an installment plan.
How do I get started?
