(but you can sign up anytime and still participate!)
Are you experiencing wonky periods, sleepless nights, mood swings, and uncomfortable bloating, but everyone around you (including your doctor) says you are too young to be going through menopause?
Allow me to introduce you to perimenopause, the years leading up to menopause where your hormones are in flux. This causes irregular cycles, hot flashes, insomnia, digestive issues, weight gain, libido changes, and a whole lotta other fun stuff!
Do you wish you had answers to your increasingly frustrating symptoms and step-by-step protocols and solutions to feel better fast?
If so….
The 30-Day Perimenopause Reset is for you!
Symptom Relief is On the Way!
If you’ve been anywhere near Instagram and TikTok these days, you know that wellness influencers are obsessed with the idea of “hormone balance.” But what if I told you that the notion of “balancing” your hormones during perimenopause is a myth?
Your hormones are fluctuating A LOT during this phase, and the goal is to focus on treating symptoms caused by hormonal fluctuations so you can feel like you again.
This course will teach you how to support your fluctuating hormone levels during perimenopause in just 30 days to ease debilitating symptoms like weight gain, brain fog, insomnia, hot flashes, and digestive issues.
By the end of the program you’ll say goodbye to unpredictable periods, snoozing your alarm five times, and tearing your closet apart to find jeans that fit comfortably.
Hi! I’m Mary, and I help women navigate perimenopause easily.
I was out to dinner with a group of girlfriends recently, and one of them brought up what she thought were classic menopausal symptoms: sleep issues, bloating, brain fog, wonky periods. But she was still having periods, so what was up with that? She also added that her doctor dismissed her symptoms, saying she was too young for menopause and she’d just have to live with it (a story I sadly hear regularly in my practice).
I told her “those sound like perimenopause symptoms,” and was met with a look of confusion.
Only one out of the four women I was with had even heard of perimenopause, and she mentioned that her (female) doctor hadn’t been helpful when she had asked about it. She asked me why, and I told her most doctors aren’t educated on menopause, let alone perimenopause, so they’re not equipped to help.
Think of perimenopause as “puberty in reverse.” It can start as early as your 30s when your hormones starting going haywire, causing symptoms to surface seemingly overnight!
Perimenopause and menopause are among the largest hormonal shifts a woman will go through after puberty and pregnancy.
Yet these phases are rarely discussed in women’s health and are poorly understood, even by doctors. Roughly 50 percent of women haven’t even heard of perimenopause, yet 80 percent will have symptoms. 20 percent will have symptoms so severe that their daily lives are impacted.
There is no need to suffer through this stage of your life.
Ladies in your 30s, 40s, and beyond, listen up! Have you noticed any of the following symptoms recently?
Weight gain or changes in body composition
Sleep Difficulties
Hot Flashes
Joint Pain
Increasing mood swings
Low Libido
Cycle Changes
Urinary Tract Infections (UTI)
Changes in Hair & Skin
Vaginal dryness
Perimenopause can begin as early as your 30s and bring all sorts of sudden and unexpected symptoms.
Perimenopause literally translates to “around menopause” and is a normal part of a woman’s transition into menopause. Most of us internalize perimenopausal symptoms as “getting older,” but it doesn’t have to be that way! These symptoms can surface almost overnight which can feel disempowering and alarming.
It’s NOT all in your head.
I’ve been a women’s health expert and nutritionist for over 20 years. I’ve helped hundreds of women with hormones, fertility, and menopause.
During this time I’ve learned that it is difficult to get accurate, actionable information on what is happening to our bodies and hormones from age 35 on. We are taught about puberty and pregnancy but little if anything about menopause and perimenopause.
Now that I personally am experiencing the perimenopausal changes I’ve been studying all these years and preparing my clients for, I have a more intimate understanding of this phase and want to help you understand it too. I also find it upsetting and depressing that women are still dismissed or sent away with an anti-depressant and a pat on the back when we ask about sudden hormonal changes.
I have the tools to help you.
