Slow Roasted Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb King salmon
  • spices or a marinade

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 275F.
  2. Coat salmon lightly with olive oil.
  3. Apply salmon rub of your choice. NOTE: if marinating, you'll need to let it marinate an hour ahead of time.
  4. Put it in the oven and start checking it after 20 minutes. It can take anywhere from 20-30 minutes depending on your oven.
  5. When it’s done it won’t look like typical cooked salmon. It may still look a bit pearly, but it’ll flake like salmon that’s finished.
