Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

A delicious fiber-rich pumpkin spiced smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana, preferably frozen
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 scoop collagen optional
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds optional
  • water as needed

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Put everything in blender and blend til smooth. Add as much water as you desire for thickness. I always add more cinnamon for blood sugar balance and ginger to support digestion. Delicious!
